Council produces a number of publications to inform locals, visitors and potential new residents on various issues and events happening around the community.

Documents can be downloaded by clicking on the links or you can request copies of publications to be posted/emailed direct to you.

Council welcomes feedback on all of its publications.

Council’s Community Newsletter


Council Focus is an official publication of Moree Plains Shire Council, updating residents on projects, events, initiatives across the Shire.  It is produced at least quarterly throughout the year.


It is delivered to all residential and business properties and post office boxes within Moree Plains via letterbox distributors and Australia Post.



Council Clipboard


Council Clipboard  reports on Council meeting briefs and features interesting stories about services and community interaction.


You can find the Council Clipboard in the local newspaper, the Moree Champion, on the second, fourth and fifth Tuesdays of the month.



Public Notices


This section contains Public Notices advertised by Council in the media; like exhibition of Council documents (such as draft policies, plans and development applications), office closures, public meeting times, road closures

and waste and water notifications.
