REQUEST FOR TENDER – RFT17/02 MOREE REGIONAL AIRPORT UPGRADE LIGHTING SYSTEM

 

 

Moree Plains Shire Council is seeking an appropriately qualified, experienced and resourced contractor to upgrade the Moree Regional Airport (MRA) electrical and lighting system for Runway 19/01, taxiways and apron.

 

Project Information

Council has embarked on a staged approach to upgrading the Moree Regional Airport that will build on the airport’s current status as a hub for and gateway to the northwest region of New South Wales. It will provide an increased range of quality services and facilities that will be accessed, used and enjoyed by locals and visitors.

CASUAL PLANT HIRE, WATERCART HIRE AND TIPPING TRUCK HIRE CONTRACTS

Moree Plains Shire Council is seeking “quotations” from appropriately qualified, suitably experienced and adequately resourced companies to submit quotations for the following three (3) contracts:

 

~ Contract - RFQ17/06 – Casual Plant Hire (Local Government Work)

~ Contract - RFQ17/07 – Watercart Hire

~ Contract - RFQ17/08 – Tipping Truck Hire (Hourly & Haulage)

 

The Contracts will commence on 1 July 2017 and conclude on 30 June 2018, with the option of a twelve (12) month extension.

 

As part of the Conditions of Quoting, quotations will only be accepted from Contractors who have registered on the Vendorpanel Portal (https://www.vendorpanel.com.au/publictenders.aspx?emcc=1CF13F591A43) under Plant & Equipment (Hire) category. Contractors who have registered in that category will be able to download the Quotation Documents, and will then need to upload the requested submission documents on the Vendorpanel Portal.

 

The closing date for submissions is 11.00am Tuesday, 7th March, 2017. Submissions will be received via the Vendorpanel online portal ONLY. Hard copy submissions received via post, fax or hand delivered WILL NOT be accepted.

 

Contractors MUST attend the relevant COMPULSORY Pre-Quotation Meeting as detailed below: Wednesday, 22nd February 2017 at the Council Depot in Tycannah Street, MOREE Commencing at 10:30am

 

This quotation will be managed in accordance with the Moree Plains Shire Council Procurement Policy, the Local Government Act 1993, and the Local Government (General) Regulation 2005.

SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF PRE – MIXED CONCRETE

Moree Plains Shire Council is seeking “tenders” from appropriately qualified, suitably experienced and adequately resourced companies to submit tenders for the following contract:

 

~ Contract - RFT17/03 - Supply & Delivery of Pre - Mixed Concrete.

 

The Contract will commence on 1 July 2017 and conclude on 30 June 2018, with the option of a twelve (12) month extension.

 

As part of the Conditions of Tendering, Tenders will only be accepted from Contractors who have registered on the Moree Plains Shire Council e-Tendering Portal prior to the 27th  January 2017. www.tenderlink.com/mpsc under the registration tab.

 

Contractors who have registered will then be able to download the Tender Documents after the 30th of January 2017. Completed Tender Submission documents will need to be uploaded to the Moree Plains Shire Council e-Tendering Portal by the closing date for submissions.
