Some residents in Moree have noticed that their waste collections have not been emptied as scheduled.

In particular

• Edward Street

We ask that residents leave their bins out for a late collection to occur.

Applications open for the Event Partnership Program

Have you got a brilliant idea for an exciting new event for the Moree Plains? Council would love to hear about it!

Building on the incredible success of last year’s inaugural Event Partnership Program which saw the delivery of events such as Run the Plains and the Young Aggies Future Focus Forum, Council is pleased to announce that the 2025 Program is open for applications, with a total of $20,000 available.

Submit your application before the deadline on Sunday 27 April 2025 at 11:59pm.
