Development and Compliance
Most building work requires some form of building approval from Council or an Accredited Certifier before works commence and an Occupation Certificate prior to occupation or use of new work. Council’s planning and building team are accredited to issue construction certificates and complying development certificates within the Moree Plains Shire Local Government Area.
Members of our team are professionally qualified Building Surveyors accredited by the NSW Building Professionals Board and are able provide certification services on residential, industrial and commercial building projects. We only provide services to the local building and development community of the Moree Plains so we are able to deliver a responsive and efficient local service to our customers.
