Blueberry Road Opened for Traffic

Moree Plains Shire Council Mayor Katrina Humphries today announced that Blueberry Road Moree has been opened to traffic through the Moree Gateway development. Blueberry Road has been closed since September 2014 to allow for the road to be upgraded as part of the Moree Gateway development.

Mayor Humphries said that “Council appreciates the patience of local residents and motorists during the upgrade and it is wonderful that we now have a new, high standard roadway as well as a new entrance to the Moree Regional Airport, which is scheduled to open in the next week.”
