Pallamallawa Landfill

We wish to advise that the landfill in Pallamallawa will be closed from today, 24 July until Wednesday 31 July, 1pm - 4pm.

The closure will allow us to make modifications to the landfill incorporating road sealing to the new Pallamalllawa Waste Transfer Station.

We couldn't be more excited! Upon reopening users will have increased waste diversion options allowing separation for recyclables, electronics and other CRC items and general waste bin waste.

Pallamallawa residents can use the Biniguy landfill, opened on
Wednesday's 10am-12pm and Sunday's 10am-12pm

Not to waste the opportunity, Council's Bulky waste collection will also be occurring in August.
