Meeting of the Shires

For the first time since the COVID-19 pandemic began and at such a senior level, Councillors and management from Moree Plains Shire and Balonne Shire Councils were able to meet each other in person with the Mungindi Progress Association, Belmorere Residents Group and some residents this week.

The two Councils discussed future partnership plans and how to build on the successful momentum recently started with a series of collaboration projects.
