NDIS Connection Day 

The Uniting LAC (Local Area Co-ordination) Team is on the road again and coming to Moree on 15 & 17 November at the Moree Tourist Information Centre in Alice St from 9am to 4pm. 

Pop in and see our friendly experienced Team if you would like more information on the following things:

• How to access the NDIS and complete an Access Request Form
• How to start your NDIS Plan
• Have questions around your existing funding
• How to review your funding if your circumstances have changed
• If you need to replace equipment
• If you would just like to know more about the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme)

Please reach out if you would also like us to come across and have a chat with your Teams or Customers around the Local Area Co-Ordination Program and the NDIS while we are in the Moree area.
