Panel for the Supply of Plant and Labour for Flood Recovery and Associated Works for Moree Plains Shire Council

Moree Plains Shire Council is seeking “Tenders” from appropriately qualified, suitably experienced and adequately resourced companies to submit quotations for the following contract:

            ~ Contract - RFT21/13- Supply of Plant and Labour for Flood Recovery & Associated Works for Moree Plains Shire Council 

The Contract will commence 26 June 2023 and conclude 26 June 2024, inclusive. Consultation may be entered into for a possible 2 x 12 months extension.

As part of the Conditions of Tendering, tenders will only be accepted from Contractors who have registered on the vendorpanel Portal.

The closing date for submissions is 5.00pm Friday 2 June, 2023. Submissions will be received via the Vendor panel online portal ONLY. Hard copy submissions received via post, fax or hand delivered WILL NOT be accepted.

This tender will be managed in accordance with the Moree Plains Shire Council Procurement Policy, the Local Government Act 1993, and the Local Government (General) Regulation 2005.
