Council owns the Moree Artesian Aquatic Centre (MAAC). The MAAC is operated by a company incorporated under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) known as Moree Artesian Aquatic Centre Limited (the Company).
Council is looking for suitably qualified nominees to fill a casual vacancy on the Board of Directors of the Company. The casual vacancy is for a non-Council Director on the Board.
Interested community members should review the Information Package in relation to becoming a Director of the Company.
Nominations must be received by Council by no later than 5pm Wednesday 8 April 2020. Interested community members seeking to nominate to become a Director should provide a completed Nomination Form and your current Curriculum Vitae to Council by:
